Join us for an informative and interactive discussion on the advances in medicine and counseling affecting evidenced-based addictions treatment.  The speaker will share relevant research and provide practical techniques for MAT.  

Who should attend? This workshop is designed for professionals working in public medical health, clinicians, clinical supervisors, addiction medicine, correctional health, criminal justice staff or elected office.

Presented by:

Dr. Suresh P. Rajpara is the Chief Medical Officer of Jerome Golden for Behavioral Health Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL where he also serves as the Center’s Healthcare Risk Manager. Dr. Rajpara received a Doctor of Medicine degree in India and completed his Psychiatry Residency Training at Columbia University Affiliated Hospitals in New York. He is considered one of the top psychiatrists in the state of Florida being board certified in Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc.  In addition to having expertise in addiction psychiatry, Dr. Rajpara is also a certified psychiatrist for the treatment of opioid addiction using medication-assisted treatment such as Suboxone and Subutex.  As a leader, Dr. Rajpara strongly believes in and is committed to providing quality of care utilizing evidenced-based clinical practices. He is currently involved in several clinical research programs conducted at the Center for the benefit of better clinical outcomes for the Center’s patients and their caregivers.
