Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program
Request Form | Volunteer Form
You have a unique vision for
your program or agency. You have a wealth of experience
in certain areas of your program or agency's functioning,
but maybe not in others that are just as critical. In order
to ensure your program or agency's continued success and
growth, you will need assistance.
The Florida Community Coalition
Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program is a network of CEO's, administrators
and other executives in the field of substance abuse treatment
and prevention who have volunteered their time and experience
to assist you in more than 50 areas of program or agency
functioning.
We invite you to browse through
the subject areas and fill out the online request form if
you are interested in speaking with one of our many substance
abuse professionals. The Community Coalition will then refer
you to someone who has expressed their desire to lend their
knowledge and skills in your particular area(s) of need.
The information you submit is confidential.
The Peer-to-Peer Mentoring
Program activities will include:
- Pre-site Visit contact and
collection of information by Peer Mentor
- On-site Visit review and
analysis of your current situation and need
- Development of an action
plan
- Post-site Visit follow-up
by the Community Coalition to determine your program or
agency's progress and other needs
If you believe that your program
or agency is ready to move "to the next level",
but you're not quite sure how to get it there, we encourage
you to take advantage of the wealth of experience that is
offered, at no cost to you, by the Florida Community Coalition
Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program.
