The Florida Coalition for the Homeless is a dynamic organization whose membership and Board of Directors include homeless advocates, service providers, members of the faith-based community, formerly homeless persons, educators, attorneys, mental health professionals and many others statewide who are committed to putting an end to homelessness and improving the conditions of persons living without shelter.

Florida Supportive Housing Coalition

The Florida Supportive Housing Coalition is a nonprofit organization representing housing and service providers who recognize the effectiveness of supportive housing for people with special needs, particularly the homeless, disabled, elderly, people with mental illness, and other special populations.

SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) is the technical assistance and training initiative helping increase access to SSA disability benefits for people who are experiencing homelessness.

The HUD User Clearinghouse provides ready access to more than 850 HUD-sponsored research publications and data sets — all at little or no cost. Print versions of housing research publications are available for $5 each, and you can download the electronic versions for the website free of charge.
