Orchid, LLC, "where women heal", a nationally recognized women''s substance abuse treatment program, is currently seeking an experienced, full-time, Case Manager. Hours are Monday -Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm at our facility based in Palm Beach County, Florida. Orchid is a small, private, program specifically designed to meet the unique needs of women suffering from the devastating effects of substance abuse, psychiatric disorders and unresolved trauma. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include: excellent salary, health insurance, 401K opportunity, trainings, paid vacation and sick time. Local candidates desired.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
- Certified Addictions Professional (CAP)
- Valid State of Florida Drivers License
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in substance abuse treatment
Some of the Case Manager's job responsibilities are: (including but not limited to)
- Conducts brief and/or comprehensive assessments, admission/orientation, coordinates and maintains required documentation and develops aftercare plans while adhering to Federal Confidentiality standards
- Facilitates groups and lectures to clients on a variety of topics as directed
- Functions as the primary liaison with ARNP and/or psychiatrist and sets appointments for clients as needed

Chemical Dependency Therapist - FT (Lake Worth, FL)

Orchid is a small, private, program specifically designed to meet the unique needs of women suffering from the devastating effects of substance abuse, psychiatric disorders and unresolved trauma. Benefits include: excellent salary, health insurance, 401K opportunity, trainings, paid vacation and sick time. Local candidates desired. Relocation fees are not provided.
Minimum requirements:
- Must be Florida licensed as a LMHC, LCSW or LMFT or a CAP
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a therapist in a chemical dependency/dual diagnosis treatment program
- Knowledge of: 12 step concepts, experiential group therapy techniques, dual diagnosis, documentation requirements and female specific treatment needs
- If in recovery, a minimum of 5 years of continuous sobriety is required
Responsibilities Include:
- Acts as primary therapist to manage a case load providing individual, group and family therapy sessions
- Conducts psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, documentation
- Works as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Provides case management services as needed for clients
