Executive Director

TurnAbout is seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual who will serve as the chief executive officer of a long-standing community service organization providing counseling services to youth encountering mental health and substance abuse difficulties. The position is half-time with the option of increasing hours and benefits commensurate with growth and funding of the organization. The Executive Director works with the Board of Directors and a well-qualified staff in designing and implementing the mission of TurnAbout. Salary and benefits are competitive with similar positions in the community.
The Executive Director should possess a BA/BS degree, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have experience in the finance and administering of non-profit organizations. Duties of the Executive Director include building alliances with human service organizations in the community, playing a key leadership role in developing service programs for youth and securing financial resources, attending to the recruitment, retention, and development of staff, supervising administrative support personnel, and managing the budget on a day-to-day basis.

Sutton Place Behavioral Health, Inc., located in Yulee Florida, is looking for a Florida licensed ARNP with one to two years experience. ARNP evaluates clients for psychiatric illness, diagnose and initial treatment. Provides medication management for clients based on approved protocols and participates in QI and staff trainings. This is a part-time contracted position working two days per week with potential for full-time hours.

Alpha House is seeking a Director of Programs to support its mission by providing leadership, supervision, and management of the programs and services offered by the organization. This position must maintain a wide range of proactive working relationships internally and externally, advocate for client-driven, responsible services, and provide consistent leadership for the client service team. To be considered for this position, an individual must have:
- Masters degree in human services field, with licensure (required) in the State of Florida as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
- Four to ten year's related experience and/or training.
- Training and experience in supervision.
- Experience in residential treatment setting (preferred).

We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with leadership qualities to oversee and provide appropriate out patient detox services, medical consultation and referral as needed. This position will act as a liaison between medical and treatment team as well as provide education, related to medical issues and detox. As needed this position will participate in the on call duties with other members of the medical team.
This position requires a thorough knowledge base of medical conditions/complications associated with addictive disorders, related medical interventions and clinical management. Qualified candidates will have the ability to integrate the medical process and Twelve Step oriented treatment approaches involving key clinical processes of assessment, care planning and continuing care. Position requires a Master’s degree in advanced practice nursing, doctoral degree is desired. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years detox experience including opiates and benzodiazepines as well as opiod detox experience using buprenorphine and 5 years experience in addiction medicine practice. Prior experience working as an ARNP under a physician is desired. Candidate will have a current ARNP license and current Florida registration, a DEA license and
current CPR.

Director of Nursing needed for growing Addiction Treatment Facility located in Jacksonville, FL.
Stepping Stone Center for Recovery is a JACHO accredited facility specializing in the treatment of chemical dependency, dual diagnoses, alcoholism and associated mental disorders. We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.
- Responsible for the directing of Nursing Services. Coordinates and supervises operations of the department, administers physical agents prescribed by a referring physician. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assures competency of all nursing department personnel. Assists in formulating staffing budget, evaluates department performance versus budget and takes appropriate action to remain in budget guidelines. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, and facility standards and protocols. The DON of Stepping Stone will be prepared to assist the nurses with their duties during busy times.
The Director of Nursing reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.
- Must have a BSN and be a licensed RN in Florida. Experience in nurse management or comparable leadership role required. Chemical Dependency experience is preferred.
