Substance Abuse Case Manager - FT (Lake Worth, FL)

Orchid, LLC, "where women heal", a nationally recognized women''s substance abuse treatment program, is currently seeking an experienced, full-time, Case Manager. Hours are Monday -Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm at our facility based in Palm Beach County, Florida. Orchid is a small, private, program specifically designed to meet the unique needs of women suffering from the devastating effects of substance abuse, psychiatric disorders and unresolved trauma. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include: excellent salary, health insurance, 401K opportunity, trainings, paid vacation and sick time. Local candidates desired.

Minimum requirements:

Some of the Case Manager's job responsibilities are: (including but not limited to)

  1. Conducts brief and/or comprehensive assessments, admission/orientation, coordinates and maintains required documentation and develops aftercare plans while adhering to Federal Confidentiality standards
  2. Facilitates groups and lectures to clients on a variety of topics as directed
  3. Functions as the primary liaison with ARNP and/or psychiatrist and sets appointments for clients as needed

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Acts as primary therapist to manage a case load providing individual, group and family therapy sessions
  2. Conducts psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, documentation
  3. Works as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team
  4. Provides case management services as needed for clients
